Anxiety as explained by the ‘American Psychological Association’ is an emotion characterized by feeling of tension, intrusive thoughts or concerns. People suffering from it may avoid certain situations out of worry. They may also have physical symptoms such as sweating, trembling, dizziness or a rapid heartbeat.
