After spending almost thirty years cycling in and out of chronic insomnia, I have at last found a reliable remedy with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or “tapping.”) Yet occasionally I still go through weeks where my sleep is not what I would like. Instead of getting anxious, I have learned to get curious and use my insomnia as an “early detection warning system,” for things that need my attention.
